The Villages at Dover Glen

"I have lived here for 4 years and I am very happy!!! I have a one-bedroom apartment with a balcony, laundry room for a full washer and dryer, a nice-sized hall closet, plenty of cabinets in the kitchen, a walk-in closet, and another large closet in my bedroom. To date, I've never had a problem with my neighbors or delivery packages being stolen outside my apartment!!! I feel safe here!!! Anytime I call the office for maintenance issues, Jessica Rivers, Property Mgr, and/or Kendall Jefferson, Asst. Mgr. have always been very accommodating, polite, understanding, and quick to address my concerns promptly. Thanks, Montina"

"Moved here in December, 2019. To date, I've got nothing but great things to say about Dover Glen. My first point of contact was Ms. Debra in the office. She has been nothing but great since day one. She's always patient and understanding. I've met and spoken to Emily and Brian as well and they have very helpful as well. Whenever I have an issue, I call and they are on it. Called June 4, 2020 regarding issues with hot water. They ended up replacing my water heater. Maintenance was there within 10 minutes! I called back on June 5, 2020 because my water wasn't hot. The maintenance guy and Cole came within 5 minutes. They took care of my issue in addition to another small fix that I needed done. I'm happy living here! "I've lived here for over a year and when I first moved in Randy the assistant manager went out of his way to help me and my wife get settled in and even stayed after hours to help us sign our lease ! I was very pleased with the helpfulness of the staff. I would definitely recommend these apartments to someone. They are very affordable and the staff are always there to help you with any problems that could come along the way."

"My boyfriend and I found these apartments reasonably priced in an area somewhat close to our jobs. We were able to sign in on a 6 month lease and had our choice of apartments. We liked the idea of having multiple properties and amenities to use. The staff was very friendly and Randy was always helpful when we had concerns. Maintenance fixed any issues quickly and the landscaping was always kept up nicely... We did enjoy the low rent, spacious floor plan, and the great staff."

"I've been here 8 years. I don't like that the staff in the leasing office is constantly changing. However they keep getting wonderful individuals. I'm 50+ and I enjoy the peace and quiet in the area. There's so much diversity in the neighbourhood. If you want to learn about different cultures you can. ...We have had pool parties,Super Bowl parties, Easter Egg hunts. No one is perfect but, this is ideal for me."

"Lived here for a few months and didn't mind it at all! The price of rent is reasonable for what you're getting and the location is decent, with easy access to the interstate and to the airport... I will say I never got around to using the amenities such as the pool or workout rooms, but from what I could see people made good use of them, but it wasn't too crowded. Not a bad place."
